We are now at Act 21, Volume 6.

"After Chibi-Usa... Tuxedo Kamen... went into the space-time storm...!" Usagi stares ahead blankly. "I'm going after him! I'm going into the space-time storm too!"

"Sailor Moon!?" Pluto says. "No! It's too dangerous! You can't even tell where you're going!"

"If he went, I'm following him! I'm going to get him back! Mamo-chan!"

"We don't know where he went, or how far he's gotten," Pluto says. "Dark holes in time and space can open up anywhere. It's impossible to find anything in this storm!"

"I'm going, Pluto."

The wind blows heavily.

"No matter how far you go," says Ami, "it looks like everywhere's the same." She looks forward at a wave in the distance. "Where does this way lead?"

"I don't know," says Pluto. "Nobody's gone through there before. It's not allowed. It goes deep into space-time. From here, it's much darker, and the storm is stronger. It supposedly sucks in everything, and makes it vanish. Here, if you want to know the point you're at, you must have a space-time key. Without one, in this place beyond the flow of time, you'll be left to wander aimlessly forever... That shockwave, and storm... I feel Small Lady may have run into something. It pulled her along somewhere..."

"Well," says Minako. "That must be where Tuxedo Kamen went!"

"Then they're not together..." says Usagi.

"No," says Rei. "He has a strong sense of responsibility. He keeps his promises. He's definitely with Chibi-Usa."

"Usagi," says Makoto. "Do you know why Chibi-Usa's so important to him? It's because Chibi-Usa is his child with you. That's what he's thinking about. He went after her because we're with you. That child of yours is so important to him. He's doing everything he can to protect her."

"I know..." Usagi says. "If only he thought of me like that... I want to be with him... Why is this happening? Finally... I thought I could finally be with him... But we've been torn apart again..."

A swirl appears in the air.

"What..." says Pluto. "I'm getting some reaction. Who's there!?" In a flash of light, a black ball appears. "Luna-P!?" Static fills its eyes, and it beeps erratically. Pluto picks it up. "It's broken."

"Chibi-Usa must have sent it here," says Ami.

"She takes Luna-P with her everywhere," says Pluto. "What's happened? Small Lady!? Where are you!?"

Usagi suddenly loses consciousness and falls over.

"Usagi!?"

Diamaund and Safir lie on the ground in total darkness. Diamaund sits up. "Where am I?"

"Uhh..." moans Safir. "Brother..." Safir looks around and sees that they're in a black cavern, with rocky walls. "Oh no... The underground prison?"

He hears a voice. "This is at the foot of the Evil Black Crystal's reactor. It was dangerous above ground, so you were brought here." The woman with two pointed balls of hair appears in the shadows in a black dress. "The reactor was beginning to meltdown."

"It what?"

"The power of the Mystical Silver Crystal triggered it, speeding up the fusion reactions. So with the crystal, and the recent explosion, fires started on the planet's surface with the fusion reactions. Unbelievable energy was released. It's because of you, Safir. You were using the reactor to get the power of the Evil Black Crystal, and that brought about the reactions. The planet grew. Now, this planet Nemesis is matchless."

Diamaund looks at her forehead. "The Black Moon mark... Who are you?"

She smiles. "The Wiseman will tell you. Come, follow me." The woman leads them ahead, soaring through the darkness.

"Are we falling inside Nemesis?" Safir asks.

"The core is the heart of the fusion reactions, where it's dark, cold, and quiet. Twisted space created by the negative power of the Evil Black Crystal. The end of space-time, from which the Wiseman rules."

They approach a glowing dark crystalline structure. "That will be your new castle, the Wiseman's Dark Castle."

"The Wiseman's castle..." thinks Diamaund. "Has he always been appearing from this twisted space...?" He looks at the woman, who resembles the queen. "She looks like..."

"Just who are you?" he asks.

They set down on the ground. The Wiseman sits before them. "Welcome to our castle," he says.

"You've been hiding this place from us, Wiseman," says Diamaund.

"Prince Diamaund, Safir, have you been introduced to my pretty Rabbit?"

"The Rabbit!?" Diamaund thinks. "It can't be! That's the Rabbit!? But how!?" he stammers. "That body...!"

"Pardon me," the woman says. "The Wiseman's will is absolute. This form has the true will. So instead of being misled, you can follow the right path. You should know that. Have you forgotten?"

"So... The Wiseman has been somewhere else... Wiseman! Who are you!? Show me your true form! What on earth are you planning to do!?"

The Wiseman's eyes glow from under his hood. Light shines out from his body, filling the room. Waves surround Diamaund and Safir. "My will is absolute," he says. "You will do as I say. Carry out my intentions."

"Yes, Wiseman," they say. "We will carry out your intentions."

The Rabbit holds out a black earring. "Take this stronger earring of the Evil Black Crystal, a mark of your sworn loyalty to Nemesis, a symbol of the power of the Evil Black Crystal."

A crystal floats in the Wiseman's hand. "The Mystical Silver Crystal. With the Rabbit, I have finally gotten it. But why isn't it sending out light? Where is the power it showed before!?"

"If you aren't Neo-Queen Selenity," the Rabbit says, "you can't use it. That crystal belongs to the queen."

"I see," says the Wiseman. "But the power from before... was from the crystal carried by the Sailor Moon of the past. In which case, we will have to get Neo-Queen Selenity and Sailor Moon. We will get the two Mystical Silver Crystals of the future and the past! You should be able to do that easily."

"I will, Wiseman," says the Rabbit. She brings his hand to her face. "I will present the two crystals to you immediately. A simple task."

Diamaund crosses his arms. "Neo-Queen Selenity's castle is not easily penetrated. Besides, we don't even know if the crystal the Rabbit brought is the real thing. You trust her rather easily, Wiseman."

The woman looks angrily at him. "You'll see when I capture Neo-Queen Selenity. I've put another Evil Black Crystal monolith into the planet Earth. That will make the queen herself appear, and she will kneel before me."

"If you do that," says Safir, "the planet will be destroyed."

"It doesn't matter, if we get the two Mystical Silver Crystals, and the bodies of the queen and Sailor Moon. I already have what I want." She gestures to the man in a tuxedo beside her. "The man I love, Endymion." She hugs him tightly. "Prince Diamaund, Safir, with that earring, you can transport freely. Prepare for the attack on Earth!"

"Look, Safir!" says Diamaund. He looks up in the sky. "Nemesis is glowing so brightly... It's such a huge planet."

The Rabbit stares into Endymion's black eyes. "I have you. Finally. Nobody can come between us. You'll be mine forever." She reaches up and kisses him deeply.

Two people appear in the distance. A man with short, dark hair embraces a woman with two ponytails flowing from pointed balls of hair.

"Mamo-chan?"

The woman looks back.

"Chibi-Usa?"

Usagi stares ahead. "Darkness everywhere... Where is that?"

She sees the four girls leaning over her. "Everyone?"

Usagi's mom walks into the room. "You're awake?" she asks. "Are you all right? I heard you were exercising, and fell from the horizontal bar. Did you get a concussion?"

Usagi jumps out of bed. "Mom!?"

"Everyone's here having tea." Usagi looks around. "This is... my room," she thinks. The Luna-P ball lies on the floor. She picks it up and tosses it into the air. "Luna-P!?"

"Lady..." it says. "Lady..."

"We had the king fix it," says Luna. "We used Luna-P to erase your mom's memory. Usagi-chan, you overused your power, and you collapsed. Remember? Once we returned from the future, we came back here."

"You glad to be home?" Rei asks.

"Usagi, you were snoring," says Makoto.

"I was not!"

"You were, you were! We had to hold your nose."

Chibi-Usa runs into the room. "Hey! You're all here to play!"

Usagi pauses.

"Usagi?"

"I... I can hardly believe this... We're all back together again. I'm so happy!"

She smiles sadly.

"I'm happy, but that's selfish... Without Chibi-Usa here... this house is so empty..."

"Usagi! Usagi! Hey! I brought Luna-P to school! Everyone wanted it! Hehe!"

"Oh, you're hopeless," says Minako. "We're all trying to cheer you up."

"You're starting to talk like a mother, Usagi," says Makoto.

"I will find those two somehow," says Usagi, "and get them back safely. Just like all of you, they're so precious to me. I want to borrow your strength."

"You've become strong, Usagi-chan," thinks Luna.

Shingo enters the house.

"Mom?" he says. "What are you staring at, just standing there in a daze?"

"Oh, Shingo," she says. "It's Usagi... Suddenly, she looks beautiful somehow... I was a bit startled."

"That brat Usagi, beautiful!? There must be some mistake!"

King Endymion approaches the center of the Crystal Palace, and the frozen queen.

"Selenity... Bring peace here. Please. Our daughter... Small Lady was... You saved Sailor Moon with your power. I felt your effect on her. She couldn't use it in the future. The past Sailor Moon's Mystical Silver Crystal. Was it you that released its power? Selenity... Haven't you waken up!? I need your strength. As this spirit, I can't do anything. This planet keeps decaying. Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Kamen were captured... And then our daughter... Selenity, why can't you bring us peace?"

"You're still obsessing about what happened, King."

He looks down and sees the small gray cat. "Diana...?"

"If we're ever really in a crisis," she says, "the queen will surely come to save us, just like she helped Sailor Moon. Right now, the queen's injured body is being healed by the Mystical Silver Crystal. She's storing her power for when that time comes. That the queen hasn't awakened is a sign that she's really okay. Pluto is worried for you. Cheer up."

"Pluto?"

"Diana," Pluto says. "Soon the day when the small princess becomes your master will arrive. No matter what, you must give her your protection. Small Lady is important to me. She's our only princess. I want to do everything I can to protect her. I want to give her my love."

"We'll rescue Small Lady safely for sure," says Diana. "Then we'll restore this planet to its former state, a planet of peace."

King Endymion scratches her chin. "Thanks, Diana."

Usagi waves as the others leave her house.

Rei looks into the sky. "The red glow of the sunset..." she says. "Like blood..."

Usagi stares at the sun. "Mamo-chan... Chibi-Usa...! I hope you're safe..." A key falls to the ground. "The space-time key..." A bright burst of light flashes. The space around Usagi distorts. "What's going on!?" she says. Buildings in the distance waver. The street moves under her feet. She holds her shoulders. "My body's being ripped apart!" She falls down.

"Are you all right!?" the others call. "What's happening!?"

The key glows. She picks it up.

"Usagi!!"

"The space-time key..." she thinks. "Is it Pluto calling? Oh no! Is there some emergency in the future!?" She raises her arm into the air. "Moon Crystal Power!"

Along with her, the senshi all transform as well

"Pluto!" Usagi calls.

"Sailor Moon!"

"What happened? There was a shock all the way in our dimension."

"Sailor Moon," Pluto says. "It's serious..."

The wooden space-time door slowly opens, revealing the landscape of the future Earth. Usagi gasps as she sees a pair of black monoliths in the wasted planet's surface.

"There's... a second Evil Black Crystal!? The Black Moon struck again!?"

The Rabbit enters the shining Crystal Palace. She approaches the queen. "Queen," she says. "Neo-Queen Selenity. Wake up. It's me."

King Endymion rushes into the room. "Who's there!?"

She turns and looks at him. He gasps as he sees her face.

"It's me," she says. "Your daughter. Usagi Small-Lady Selenity."

"Small Lady...!? It can't be...! But... Only those of the Silver Millennium can enter the Crystal Palace... But that body!"

"I grew." A silver crystal hangs from a chain in her hand. She holds her hand to his face.

The Luna-P ball beeps in alarm.

Usagi runs into the palace. "King!" She stops abruptly. "Who are you?" She remembers the woman in the darkness with Mamoru. "You're..."

"Have you forgotten me?" the Rabbit asks. She grabs Usagi's arm and reaches for the brooch on her chest.

The crystal case holding the queen glows brightly. The Rabbit quickly fades out of the room.

She reappears and falls to the ground. "You can't keep me out of here," she says. "I do have the ability to enter this palace. You treat we like an invader, trying to remove me from this place."

"Small Lady...!?"

She stands up. "Once that name suited my appearance. But, I'm no longer the little one of before. Wiseman."

The Wiseman appears behind her.

"I am the queen of darkness, Black Lady. I was chosen by the ruler of darkness, the Wiseman. I have been reborn as the queen of Nemesis, the planet of darkness."

Here ends Act 21 and begins Act 22.

"The black crescent moon on her forehead... The sign of the Black Moon... The queen of Nemesis, Black Lady!? Can... Can that really be Chibi-Usa!?"

"She's awakened in that form!? Small Lady!?"

"Chibi-Usa!?" Usagi calls. "It's not you, is it!?"

The Luna-P ball beeps on the ground. "Small Lady... Small Lady..."

The woman turns and blasts the ball. "Noisy toy."

"Chibi-Usa!?"

"Small Lady!" says King Endymion. "Wake up!"

"It's useless," says the Wiseman. "The Rabbit no longer exists in this world. Now she is my pretty Black Lady. Heh heh heh..."

"Wiseman!"

"Prince Diamaund," says Black Lady. "Safir."

The two men appear. Safir's hands glow with darkness. "I've inherited these death hands from the Wiseman," he says.

"And I have the power of evil vision," says Diamaund. "Take this!" The mark on his forehead shines, and energy shoots at Makoto and Minako.

"Venus!? Jupiter!!"

Safir's hands reach out and grow, wrapping around Ami and Rei.

"Mercury!! Mars!!"

"Chibi-Usa," says Makoto. "Stop it! Don't you recognize us!?"

"This is your birthplace!" says Minako. "Are you going to fight us right in front of the palace?"

"I have no feelings for this place," Black Lady says. "Look." She points outside. "A second Evil Black Crystal monolith. The Evil Black Crystal produces twisted darkness, which will quickly spread out across the planet. Everything will be drawn into it. People. Buildings. They will collapse hundreds of times faster than they have been. This planet will be brought to ruin."

"But, Chibi-Usa..." says Usagi. "No, Black Lady. Did you put it there? Into your own planet!?"

"Since I have what I want," she says, "whatever happens to this planet is fine. Endymion."

The caped man with black eyes steps forward.

"Tuxedo Kamen!?" Usagi calls. "Mamo-chan!?"

"He's mine," says Black Lady. "I've got him all to myself. He's all mine."

"Mamo-chan!!"

"Get her."

He holds the moon rod in his hand.

"Mamo-chan!? Can't you see me!?"

He jumps up.

"Sailor Moon!" the king calls.

Endymion comes down and strikes Usagi with the rod. She falls to the ground.

"With the rod that we created..." she thinks. "He... He couldn't have..."

"Sailor Moon!" says the king.

"He won't listen to anyone but me," Black Lady says. "Come, Endymion." He goes to her, and they kiss.

"They're here, but..." Usagi says. "That's not who he should be in love with. Chibi-Usa! Wake up! Mamo-chan was just mine... But I was jealous of Chibi-Usa. I didn't know what she was doing... Now what... Chibi-Usa! I know we screwed up, but you're important to us! Why are you fighting us!?"

"You're a good girl," Pluto said. "I love you, Chibi-Usa."

Black Lady flinches. "I'm not listening to you!" she shouts. "You don't know anything about me!" She hits Usagi and knocks her to the floor. "Prince Diamaund!"

"You have love taken by force," Diamaund says. "That is one way to get it."

Black Lady raises her arm in the air. A huge black crystal appears above her. They others all gasp.

"Everyone!" Minako says. "Get out of the way!"

The crystal shoots down and embeds itself in the ground, near the other two monoliths.

"An Evil Black Crystal!?"

"The palace of the Moon Kingdom," Black Lady says. "This planet, and you will all be drawn into the darkness of oblivion."

"My pretty Black Lady," says the Wiseman. "She's right. With her immense power, she can manipulate this world quite easily, along with you, her relatives of the Moon Kingdom. Heh heh heh..."

Sailor Pluto's garnet rod glows. "I feel uneasy..." she says. "Such anxiety... What's happening on the other side of that door!? I can only wait here, alone. Small Lady... Are you safe!? King...! Sailor Moon!!"

"Look!" says Rei. "The palace...!"

"Sailor Moon!?"

Usagi stands in front of the Crystal Palace, her eyes closed. They glow.

"Heh..." says the Wiseman. "She's still struggling. Your loved ones are all mine. I can crush you at any time. If you want them returned, become mine together with the queen. With the second Mystical Silver Crystal!"

"Never," says Usagi. "I'll show you! I'll protect them! Neo-Queen Selenity's palace, and this planet!" She holds out her arms before the palace.

"Use the Mystical Silver Crystal," the Wiseman says.

"But then..." says Diamaund. "This planet...!"

"I don't care," the Wiseman says. "The crystal and the queen are as good as mine. I don't need the planet anymore."

"And is it the same with us?" asks Diamaund.

"Prince Diamaund!?" says Black Lady.

"Wiseman," he says. "You took us with your evil vision. Ironic that it was the power you sent out that cleared my mind. I've come to my senses! Rubeus and Esmeraude... For years we lived as your comrades. I won't let them have died in vain!"

"Safir!" Black Lady calls. Safir approaches Diamaund.

"Are you going to fight against me, Safir?" Diamaund asks. "You've always been on my side. But now you're wearing that Evil Black Crystal earring..."

Safir's long black arm reaches out at him.

"That's the single sign of your rebellion," Diamaund says. The mark on his forehead shines, and Safir's body is torn to shreds.

"That's it, Safir," he says. He turns to the cloaked figure. "Die, Wiseman!!" The light blasts the Wiseman. The cloak flies off, revealing a skeleton that collapses. Diamaund gasps. "That's... the Wiseman's body!? Oh no..."

Black Lady laughs. "His true form is here," she says. She reaches to the sky. "Wiseman!!"

Dark clouds circle in the air above her, swirling over the palace.

Pluto looks around. "The storm's gone...? What... What is happening!? I have to get through that door now! I want to help the others fight! But... I am the solitary guardian of the space-time door. I can't leave here."

"Pluto," Queen Selenity says. "You watch the space-time door. You are the soldier who controls time and space. There are three things you must not do. First, you may not cross time. Second, you can never leave the door you must protect. And third..."

"What is that!?" they cry.

A huge black planet comes through the storm in the sky.

"That's...!?"

Two eyes shine through the sphere. "My name... is Wiseman."

Usagi covers her ears. "That voice is so loud! Where's it coming from!?"

"That body of mine," he says, "was an afterimage of the past. The planet Nemesis has come. That corpse has been rotting away for ages. Time is running out for this world. I will have it assimilated. It and Nemesis will become one. I am Nemesis! This planet is myself."

"Nemesis... has a mind!?" Diamaund says. "That's the Wiseman's true self!?"

Black Lady smiles before the glowing planet. Buildings rip from the ground, and fly into the air.

"Everything's being sucked in!!" says Usagi. The other soldiers start to fall over. "Mars!" she calls. "Jupiter! Mercury! Everyone! Nemesis is approaching. Black, distorted space is expanding everywhere... The planet will really become a planet of death. I can't let it happen! I'll stop it!!"

"Nemesis..." Diamaund says. "Then the Wiseman never existed...!? It was the planet all along. We were being fooled... Into thinking our lives had a purpose..."

"Look!" Rei says. "The palace... It's shining!"

Usagi stands still before it.

"Is that Neo-Queen Selenity's power!?" says Minako. "The power of the Mystical Silver Crystal!?"

"No," says Diana. "That's Sailor Moon's power!"

"The Crystal Palace!" Makoto says.

"It's being crushed!" says Ami. "Sailor Moon! Queen!!"

King Endymion turns and runs toward it.

"King!?"

He rushes into the palace, toward the place where the queen lies.

"Selenity..."

Diana looks at him, concerned.

"Pluto!"

Pluto turns. "Diana!?"

"Pluto," she says. "You have to help the king. We're all in trouble. Small Lady has changed! Into the queen of the Black Moon! Nemesis has appeared in the sky! You have to fight! Sailor Moon and the others are already being worn out. They might not be able to save Crystal Tokyo... Or the planet!"

"I have to stay here..." Pluto says. "I want to fight with them...!"

"Pluto... I will stay here and guard!"

Diana stays and wishes Pluto good luck as she runs to help the senshi.

"It's getting stronger..." Usagi thinks. "The power of the Mystical Silver Crystal." She raises her arms as she kneels on the floor. "Clear, beautiful power. Light, run across time."

"The power of the Evil Black Crystal..." thinks Diamaund. "The rewriting of history... That white power will pierce through us. I can't resist it... That power...!"

"Heh heh!" says Black Lady. "This planet is finished! Sailor Moon, this is your ruined future! How long can you stand against the Evil Black Crystal contorting time and space! Ahahaha!"

"Chibi-Usa...!" Usagi thinks.

The other soldiers lie on the ground. "Sailor Moon..." Makoto moans.

"I can't keep my strength up..." Usagi says. "No... Stop! Black Lady! If you get the Mystical Silver Crystal, our lives will be over. Please! Open your eyes! Return to the real Chibi-Usa! Don't let the future turn out this way!"

"Endymion..." Black Lady says.

"Mamo-chan!" says Usagi.

Endymion lunges at Usagi and snatches the brooch from her chest. Usagi immediately falls back into her normal clothes. She lands on the ground.

He holds the brooch in one hand, and the glowing moon rod in the other. He hears a voice in his head.

"Mamo-chan..."

He stops for a moment.

Black Lady takes the brooch from his hand and opens it up, removing the crystal inside.

"The past and the future," she says, and she takes out her own. "The two Mystical Silver Crystals!"

Diamaund smacks her upside the head, and grabs the two crystals from her.

The king and Pluto run out from the palace.

"I've got them!" Diamaund says. "The two Mystical Silver Crystals!"

"Damnit!" says King Endymion.

"Oh my-!?" says Pluto. "Is that... Small Lady!?"

"I don't believe anyone anymore!" yells Diamaund. "Black Lady, Wiseman, you have the immense power of the Evil Black Crystal. But I have the Mystical Silver Crystals of the past and future. I have the power to cross time!"

"What's he going to do!?" says the king. "The two crystals..."

"If they touch," Pluto thinks, "everything in this world could be over!"

"Give them back!" says Black Lady. She runs toward Diamaund.

"Small Lady!" calls Pluto.

"We'll all be going on a trip," says Diamaund, as he brings the two shining crystals together.

ACT 23, last chapter of Volume 6.

Diamaund brings the two shining crystals together.

"No!" shouts Pluto.

King Endymion closes his eyes. "It's the end! Everything's over!!"

Black Lady runs toward Diamaund, Endymion behind her.

The five sailors lie on the ground.

Luna and Artemis duck.

"Stop!" Pluto holds her staff over her head. "Time! Stop!!"

"Pluto."

"Yes, Queen Selenity."

"The third thing you must not do: You mustn't stop time. You and the garnet rod you carry are endowed with the power to move time. But no matter what happens, you must never stop time. If you ever violate that law..."

King Endymion opens his eyes. "Nothing... happened!?"

Diamaund, Black Lady, and Endymion stand frozen, amid a dark cloud. Diamaund holds the two crystals an inch apart.

"They're standing still!? Pluto!?" He sees light swirling around her rod. "Oh no! She stopped time!?"

The others slowly open their eyes and get up. The planet Nemesis holds still in the sky.

"Everything's stopped moving!"

"Nemesis too? Even the air... It's like it's all frozen!"

"Time... stopped!?" thinks Usagi.

The fog around Endymion dissipates. The blackness fades from his eyes. He looks at the shining moon rod in his hand. "...Usa...ko..."

The fog around Black Lady leaves. She falls to the ground.

Pluto is knocked to the floor, and loses consciousness.

Usagi and Minako run to her. "Pluto!? Wake up!"

The king runs over. "She shouldn't have done that! She stopped time...!"

"Pluto did what!?" Ami says.

"She stopped time. She violated the most important law..."

"What law!?"

Pluto moans.

"The most important law!? What's that!? And if Pluto broke it, what'll happen!?"

"If you ever violate that law... You will give up your life."

"She gave up her life...!?"

"Time has stopped..." Pluto says. "But it won't last for long... Sailor Moon... Carefully get back the two Mystical Silver Crystals... from Prince Diamaund..."

"Pluto!"

"Hurry!" she says.

Usagi slowly goes to Diamaund, and takes the crystals from his hands.

"There's no power in my body..." says Black Lady.

"Pluto," says Usagi. "I got the two crystals back. Look."

"Good." says Pluto.

"Thanks to you, Pluto."

"I... wanted to help you... To fight with you... Sailor Moon. The future Neo-Queen Selenity. You're what I longed for. Sailor Moon, please... Save Small Lady!" She coughs hard.

"Pluto! Stay with us! Just a little longer! You can get through this!"

"King..." she says. "I committed the crime by myself... I must atone for it..." She weakly reaches for her rod. "Diana..."

The gray kitten sits by the space-time door. She vanishes, and appears before Pluto. "Thank you... Diana... Guard the door for me..."

"Pluto!? Hold on!!"

"Pluto..."

"I can't protect Small Lady... I'm sorry..." She holds out the space-time key. "Small Lady..."

Her hand falls limp on the floor.

"Pluto!!" cries Usagi. "Open your eyes!! Noooo! Pluto!!"

"Small Lady..."

"I... am Black Lady. I have no allies or friends. I am alone."

"This is the space-time key. You can travel through time with it. It's a very important key."

In the past...

Neo-Queen Selenity lies frozen in crystal.

Chibi-Usa runs to Sailor Pluto.

"Small Lady!?"

Chibi-Usa tosses Luna-P up, and smoke fills the air, blinding Pluto. She grabs the key from the chain around Pluto's waist and runs off.

"Small Lady!!"

Black Lady looks at the key on the ground. "The key I took from Pluto."

"Pluto! I love you! You're my only friend."

"Whenever I go to see her," Chibi-Usa thinks, "Mom gets mad at me. But she's so important to me. I wonder if mom loves me..."

"Pluto, has Small Lady been bothering you?" asks the queen. "Do you think she should be going there by herself?"

"It's all right," says Pluto. "She'll be fine. I'll watch out for her."

Tears fill her eyes. "It's overwhelming me... What is this feeling? Why am I crying?"

"Black Lady...!?" says Usagi.

"My most valuable friend... Pluto... Pluto!!" The black earrings on her ears shatter. A glowing tear falls from her cheek. It grows into a bright crystal. Her body shines with light.

Nemesis begins to approach Earth again. The fog vanishes from around Diamaund. "The Mystical Silver Crystals!?" he says. "Where are they!? That light...! That light!!"

"Chibi-Usa!" calls Usagi. "That light... Chibi-Usa!?"

The queen's eyes slowly open inside the crystal holding her.

Chibi-Usa appears in a sailor suit.

"Small Lady!!" says King Endymion.

"She transformed...!" says Diana.

"Chibi-Usa!" says Usagi.

"Usagi..." she says. "I..."

"The birth of a new soldier," says Mamoru. "She inherited the power of Sailor Moon."

"Mamo-chan!"

"The awakening of a new soldier!" The king walks up to Chibi-Usa.

"Dad!" she says. She turns around. "Pluto! Look! I transformed!

"Look at me!" she says. "Pluto! Pluto..." She falls to her knees, with tears in her eyes. "I finally transformed... But I'm not happy at all! Wake up! Pluto!"

"Chibi-Usa...!!" says Usagi.

Usagi hits her hand on the ground. She stands up and faces the planet looming overhead. "You manipulate people's pure spirit! You toy with them! You drag in people who want to live without fighting! I won't let you do this!" She lifts the Mystical Silver Crystal above her. "Moon Crystal Power! Make Up!!" She transforms. "I am Sailor Moon! In the name of the moon, I'll punish you! Nemesis!!" She blasts power at the planet.

"So you've gotten rid of the evil spirit that possessed Small Lady," it says. "Such wondrous power. And now you're coming to fight me."

"Sailor Moon..." thinks Chibi-Usa. "She has a strong heart..."

"Nobody else is going to die!" Usagi shouts. "Nemesis! I won't let you do what you want with this planet!"

"Now that I have this suit," thinks Chibi-Usa, "am I going to fight the enemies too!?"

"That's too bad," says Nemesis. "You are small. Now I have you in my grasp."

The ground starts to waver around them.

"It's the distorted space of the Evil Black Crystal!!"

"I will smash you into pieces," Nemesis says. "Heh heh heh..."

"If the Wiseman wasn't able to do it..." says Diamaund. "I'll do it!" He charges toward Usagi.

"Usako!" calls Mamoru. He takes out the moon rod.

"Mamo-chan!!" Usagi says. She grabs on to the rod with him, and they hold it out toward Diamaund. It glows brightly, and Diamaund's body is torn apart in a flash of light.

"Young Prince Diamaund," Nemesis says. "So childish. I have been waiting for ages and ages to bring out my power. He had a plan to create a magnificent history, but he and his siblings were fools."

Usagi and the others fall into darkness, the surroundings twisting around them. "Space is distorting!" Usagi says. "We're being sucked into the darkness." She sees the palace of the Black Moon, on the forehead of a huge, fiery head. "Is that... the Wiseman's true form!?"

"My name is Death Phantom," he says. "I attacked the blue planet, Earth, and was sent off to the dark, cold planet of darkness. A solitary king."

"Death Phantom!!" says King Endymion.

"But now the planet Nemesis has become a part of me. It is full of the massive power of the Evil Black Crystal. I have the strongest power! And with it, I can do anything!"

"He's been in Nemesis for hundreds of years. Is it his hatred moving the planet!?"

"An evil without form," thinks Usagi. "I won't let it happen to Earth... I'll stop it!" She holds out the moon rod. "I'll stop it!"

Light shines through the air from the rod. A huge swirl appears in a sky, then disappears. The sky is clear.

"Nemesis..." says King Endymion. "It's gone..."

"Sailor Moon!?" calls Chibi-Usa.

They look around. "Where's Sailor Moon!?"

"Oh no..." says the king. "She was being sucked toward Nemesis. Did they... disappear together...?"

"Oh no!" says Chibi-Usa. "Sailor Moon!"

"Sailor Moon disappeared..." thinks Mamoru. "No! Usako! Usako!!" He looks at his hands. "They're hot... I feel power rising... Usako!?"

He vanishes.

"Tuxedo Kamen!?" calls Ami. "He's gone!" She turns to the shining palace. "The palace!"

The Neo-Queen Selenity sits up. The crystal around her fades away. She gets up and walks through the hall, past the four sailor soldiers, to the body of the king. She leans over and kisses him.

The spirit of King Endymion disappears.

"King!?"

"Dad!?" says Chibi-Usa.

They see two figures in the distance. "Someone's coming from the palace!" says Rei. "It's... Neo-Queen Selenity!"

"Mom!" calls Chibi-Usa. She runs to the queen's arms and hugs her. "Mom!"

King Endymion smiles.

"King!" says Diana. "You're solid again!"

"Small Lady!" says the queen. "You've awakened! And your awakening brought me to life. Princess, you had a great power hidden within you, even greater than the Evil Black Crystal."

"Mom... I'm sorry... It's all because of me. I wanted to be like you, and have power. So... From your room... I took the Mystical Silver Crystal... I didn't know this would happen. I'm so bad... I couldn't protect mom, or the planet. And Pluto... died..."

"It's not your fault," says the queen. "Don't say anything more about it. You've been having a hard time. You've handled it well, like an adult. My body has healed. I'm okay. Now you can use your power. If we use our strength together, we can protect this planet, Small Lady."

"I.. didn't think you needed me..."

"You're my only daughter, Small Lady. You're so important to me." She turns to the others. "Sailor Venus. Mars, Mercury, Jupiter. After I became Neo-Queen Selenity, I almost completely lost my ability to fight as a soldier. The mad criminal, Death Phantom, was strong-willed and courageous. I couldn't defeat him. I promised Pluto her eternal sleep in the Crystal Palace would be peaceful. The Nemesis you fought uses the Evil Black Crystal for power."

"Sailor Moon was dragged into that power," says the king. "It's highly possible that she was carried off to the planet. Into space...?"

"So Tuxedo Kamen must have been drawn there too," says the queen. "Small Lady. Now that you can change, we need you. You're the only one who can go there and find Sailor Moon. Rescue her and Tuxedo Kamen, then put a stop to the Death Phantom's hatred driving Nemesis. This time, we'll fully contain it. Then help Sailor Moon. Can you fight to contain Nemesis? I'll bestow you with my power." She holds up a long staff, which shortens. She gives it to Chibi-Usa.

"Mom's rod..." she thinks. She grasps the space-time key. "Pluto! Lend me your strength! Take me to Sailor Moon!" She vanishes.

"Queen!" says Minako. "We'll go too!"

"Let's just wait here," says the queen.

"It's dark... Very... So dreary. Nothingness. Where am I...?"

"Usako...!"

"Mamo-chan!?" "I guess we were drawn here," he says.

They see a glowing black planet, far away.

"That's... It can't be..."

They fly closer and closer through space. The face of the Death Phantom appears on the planet.

"Heh heh... The mother planet Nemesis will be your grave. Everything is sucked in, and turned into negative energy. It will take and amplify the positive energy of the Mystical Silver Crystal. Things are perfect now that I have both of them. I can rule the entire universe. Earth. The solar system. Nobody can stop me! Ahahaha!"

Usagi looks at Mamoru. "Since we have the Mystical Silver Crystal," she says, "can we fight the spirit of evil? Even with it, we can't change history. Can we do it?"

"I believe we can," says Mamoru. "Many lives and souls have been saved by it. Don't abandon your path. You can do it if you believe. I was powerless, but you called out to me. I've given you all the power of my life. I live to make you strong, Usako. So you can fight. Do it."

"Yes... The first time I used the power of the Mystical Silver Crystal, it was with your help, Mamo-chan. With you, I can be myself. Bring out our power. Become one." They kiss. "I feel a warm light in my arms," she says.

The light moves out, and Chibi-Usa appears in it.

"Sailor Moon! Tuxedo Kamen!" she says. "Neo-Queen Selenity is back."

"Chibi-Usa...!"

She holds her moon rod. "I've come to fight with you!"

"Heh heh heh..." says Death Phantom. "Ahahaha!"

"Chibi-Usa!" says Usagi. "Believe in your power! Focus it all at the planet. All the power of the Mystical Silver Crystal at Nemesis!"

Usagi and Chibi-Usa hold their moon rods out at Death Phantom and Nemesis. "Moon Princess Halation!"

The power shoots at the planet, and energy blasts out of it. The moon rods and the brooch on Usagi's chest shatter. Nemesis explodes into nothingness.

A point of light appears in the sky, then vanishes. Neo-Queen Selenity looks up. Her staff appears in her hand. People in the city begin to awaken.

"Crystal Tokyo..." says Minako. "It's been restored... Queen, you did it!"

"No," she says. "Sailor Moon borrowed the power of Tuxedo Kamen and Small Lady, and destroyed Nemesis."

The others smile. "Sailor Moon!" "Usagi-chan!"

"I will bestow to you new planet power," the queen says. "Sailor Mars, the soldier of war. Sailor Mercury, the soldier of wisdom. Sailor Jupiter, the soldier of protection. Sailor Venus, the soldier of love. From now on, to be able to fight alongside Sailor Moon. Soon, time will again begin to flow as normal. If you want to be safe, you should return to the space-time door. You should go."

"Neo-Queen Selenity!" says Minako. "What about Sailor Moon..."

"I must return to the Crystal Palace."

"Queen!"

"I cannot meet with my past self."

"Sailor Moon," says the queen. "I will bestow you with new power from here. Sailor Moon, the soldier of mystery. To protect the Mystical Silver Crystal, I give you a new compact, and cosmic power. So you can again fight with a strong heart... Sailor Moon..."

"A familiar voice... near my ears... Who is it...?" Usagi opens her eyes, and sees Chibi-Usa and Mamoru looking at her.

"Sailor Moon!" says Chibi-Usa.

She looks down at herself. "A new brooch?" A heart-shaped compact is attached to the bow of her suit. "Nemesis..." she says. "Crystal Tokyo..."

"Nemesis is gone!" says Minako. "Earth of the future is back to the way it was before."

"The queen..."

"She's safe," Minako says. "Everyone's back in the palace. Since time is going back to normal, we should be returning too."

"Well, let's go!" says Chibi-Usa. "I'll take you to the past, in place of Pluto."

"Oh..." says Usagi. "I see... Two of one person can't exist in the same time and space. So I can't meet the queen... I wanted to meet her, but... there's no reason for it. To meet my future self, and talk to her. It could change history. I want to meet her."

"Sailor Moon?"

"Just for a little bit..." thinks the queen. "Even though... it could change history..."

Usagi sees the queen running out of the palace. She goes to her.

"Sailor Moon!"

"Neo-Queen Selenity!"

They look at each other.

"Thank you..." says the queen. "For everything."

"No, thank you, Queen," says Usagi. "Oh, there's so much I want to say."

The queen stands with King Endymion, and the four sailor soldiers of the future.

"Someday, we'll run into each other. The future. Someday, we can meet. Farewell."

"Farewell..."

Usagi opens her eyes. She lies in her bed at home. "Oh... I'm back... Everything... Was it just a dream? The future... The queen... And Chibi-Usa..."

Chibi-Usa runs into the room. "Wake up, Usagi! It's morning!"

Usagi smiles.

Usagi runs through the street after Chibi-Usa. "Hey!" she says. "What's that in your backpack? Are you taking that to school? They might not let you."

"I'm going back to the future."

"Oh... Right..." says Usagi. "I think I left something at home. Sorry, Chibi-Usa. You go on ahead. Bye-bye!"

"Usagi!?"

Chibi-Usa looks in Usagi's room. "Usagi?"

Usagi lies on the bed.

"I was selfish... Sorry, Usagi. Don't be mad. I really want to stay here. But, weren't you always annoyed when I was around?"

Usagi sits up, tears in her eyes. "That's not the reason!" she shouts. "You're always selfish! You don't care about my feelings!"

"Don't cry, Usagi."

"I'm not crying because of you."

She hugs Chibi-Usa.

"Usagi..."

"Chibi Usa, without you... I'm so lonely... Don't go, Chibi-Usa... We're so close. I want you to stay..." She steps back, and wipes her eyes. "I shouldn't cry. You have to go, Chibi-Usa."

Usagi enters Ichinohashi Park. "This is where Mamo-chan and I were kissing, when Chibi-Usa fell from the sky..."

Mamoru and Chibi-Usa stand with her.

"Leaving, Chibi-Usa?" says Mamoru. "You forgot something." He holds out the Tuxedo Kamen doll. She takes it. Tears streak down her cheeks. He sits down, and pats her on the head. "Don't cry."

"Mamo-chan," says Chibi-Usa. "You're my prince."

Luna-P beeps. A beam of light appears from the sky.

"Guess I have to go. Mom and Dad are calling. Here, Usagi." She reaches into her backpack and pulls out a long rod, with a heart on the end. "It's from my mom. A heart moon rod for the new Usagi."

"Chibi-Usa..."

"Usagi, Mamo-chan, even though you call me Chibi-Usa, I still love you. Living in the Tsukino house, being with everyone, was really really fun. Now I have to go."

"Chibi-Usa!"

"Bye-bye! Mamo-chan! Usagi! Usagi, I really love you."

She runs to the beam of light.

"Chibi-Usa!"

The light fills the air, and then, is gone.

"From always being here... She ran off... Chibi-Usa..." Usagi starts to cry.

Mamoru puts his arm around her. "Someday, we'll see her again. She's our daughter."

"Someday..." Usagi thinks. "Surely... I'll see you again, Chibi-Usa..."

Usagi and Mamoru sit on a bench in the park.

"It was all like a really long dream," says Usagi. "Like riding a roller coaster. A dream."

"It wasn't a dream," says Mamoru. "It all happened in an instant."

Usagi looks at the heart moon rod. "Soon the time will come when I'll have to use this rod. I shouldn't feel sad. Lots of things will happen between now and the future." She looks up at Mamoru. "But, through it all, I'll be with him."

They kiss deeply.

A small flash of light appears in the sky. The Luna-P ball drops from it, and hits Mamoru on the head.

Chibi-Usa falls from the sky after it, landing on top of Usagi. They both collapse on the ground.

Chibi-Usa looks up and laughs. "I'm back!"

"What!?"

"Here!" She holds out an envelope. "It's a letter from my mom and dad!"

They open it. The letter (written mostly without kanji) reads:

Greetings.
Would you care to help us in training Small Lady? It would make me happy. Please look after our daughter.
Thank you.

"You get to take care of me again!" says Chibi-Usa, smiling.

"Really is from the future Usako..." mumbles Mamoru.

Usagi steams as she looks over the letter.

"Chibi-Usa!!"

And so ends Volume 6 of Naoko Tackeuchi's beautful original story line of Sailor Moon. In the next volume, we shall finally meet Uranus, Neptune and Saturn (Haruka, Michiru, and Hotaru), and we shall learn that our beautiful Usagi/Queen Selenity, is truly the messiah, the Super Sailor Moon, the one who shall bring rebirth to our universe.
