This movie takes us into Mamoru/Darien's past - to his
lonely childhood where an alien befriends him. Years later, the alien
returns, now evilly possessed, ready to conquer Earth. This is widely held
as the BEST SM movie because of its particular emphasis on the romance
between Usagi/Serena and Mamoru/Darien. The music is beautiful. (It's my
favorite movie too)
The Sailor Moon S Movie
This follows closely with the original Manga
Volume 11 special: The Lover of Princess Kaguya. Its main feature is of
how Luna falls in love with a human and becomes a human herself, with
Usagi's help. A beautiful story of love and romance. (My second favorite
movie)
The Sailor Moon Super S Movie
This movie shows the true loving nature between
Chibi Usa/Rini and Usagi/Serena. Similar to the story of the Pied Piper of
Hamelin who stole children, this is the beautiful story of family,
childhood, love, and redemption.
The best way to enjoy Sailor Moon is as originally intended: SUBTITLED. If you're going to buy anime, buy subtitled - so you can experience
what a real Japanese anime is like.
